Background and industry experienceI graduated the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester with an honours degree in Rural Land Management in 2017. Although my workload is varied, I mainly assist with the management of a large, rural estate in Cheshire. I am also involved with general professional work, relating to Compulsory Purchase, Valuation and Dispute Resolution.
Outside of work, I enjoy a range of country pursuits. I am also a keen reader of historical fiction; my favourite author is Sebastian Faulks.
What year did you start your job?
I began working at Fisher German in March 2014 on a two-week student placement. I enjoyed it that much, I returned; becoming a Student Surveyor in 2015 and a Graduate Surveyor in 2017.
In my opinion, there’s nothing better than spending your time outdoors. I enjoy shooting, both game and clay pigeons; however, nothing is more important than enjoying the time you are spending with your friends.
Best holiday destination?
Saariselka, Finland. If the temperature was higher than -20 it was considered mild, but the best memory was either watching the Northern Lights dancing above the pine forests or being able to feed Reindeer from your driveway!
