Background and industry experienceKatie’s role is Associate Director within Fisher German’s Rural Consultancy Department at Ashby. Principally, she deals with property management and undertakes the management of several national corporate client portfolios as well as work for private clients. After graduating from the University of Reading in 1999, Katie joined what was then Germans and completed her RICS qualification in 2002. Over the last 19 years, Katie has been involved in a broad spectrum of property matters including resolving landlord and tenant issues, dealing with health and safety concerns, negotiating new lettings and private sales and maintenance of agricultural and residential properties. In addition, she has worked with several graduates who have gone on to successfully complete their qualifications.
Katie lives in South Derbyshire on her husband John’s family farm, with their two children and black Labrador.
