Background and industry experienceJoe’s role entails supporting the rural and valuation teams in Worcester as well as servicing existing clients predominantly across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Having formally trained at the Royal Agricultural College, Joe joined the regional firm of Bruton Knowles, carrying the bag for the then Senior Partner, HH Lawrence. Once qualified, he extended his weekly auctioneering at Gloucester Market with pedigree and on-farm sales. Experience across a range of specialisms with national and regional firms through booms and recessions culminated in a partnership with Hamiltons Chartered Surveyors in Gloucester prior to working with Fisher German.

I thought that my experience and the Fisher German profile would be a natural fit to mutual advantage.
What has been your favourite project and why?
The sale of Hayes Farm which had been a long time in preparing and eventually achieving our clients’ wishes.
Ball sports (excluding football) have consumed most leisure time whether participating, officiating or spectating. Just playing/following one would soon lose its enjoyment.
Best holiday destination?
The next one.

Anyone I could laugh with until the doors opened.
