Background and industry experience

Jo left the world of banking, where she was an account manager, to take on the role of Office Manager at the Worcester City office when it opened as John Sanders. After the merger with Fisher German, Jo's role continued to oversee the daily running of the office, negotiate sales, liaise with clients and vendors, contract chase the sales through the solicitors, thus ensuring a smooth transaction for all involved.
Since merging with Halls, Worcester in 2016 ,Jo's role has continued to evolve and she is now responsible for valuing the Worcester City and rural/village properties, she has gained detailed local knowledge over the last twenty years through working and living locally. Jo also has had experience of renovating and building a number of properties over the last 30 years, which gives her a greater understanding of the property market, and allows her to appreciate the opportunities and potential of properties across a wide spectrum of the market and the options they can offer vendors and purchasers alike.

After living in various areas around Worcestershire, Jo now lives in a village just outside of Worcester. Joanne's interests are British Military Fitness, the occasional assault course, gardening, travelling and entertaining friends and family.
