Background and industry experienceEmily is a graduate surveyor in the Newark office working within the Rural department and is involved in valuations, tenancy matters, farm agency, compulsory purchase, telecoms management and all aspects of general practice. She graduated from Harper Adams University in 2015 in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Emily completed her twelve-month placement in the Ashby office, working in the Utilities department on the Government Pipelines and Storage System contract.
After graduating, she worked in the Newark office in the Rural and Farms departments before taking a year out to travel and work abroad. She worked on an orchard in Australia and on a dairy farm in Canterbury, New Zealand. In her spare time, Emily captains Newark Ladies 3’s hockey team and enjoys travelling, cooking, skiing and playing sport.
