Background and industry experience

Kayne is a Senior Surveyor, having first joined Fisher German in 2015, leaving briefly in September 2021 to dedicate time to the revitalisation of a rural estate, returning to Fisher German in April 2022, continuing with the progressive management of mixed portfolios. Kayne is part of the Property Management and Consultancy division, undertaking the day-to-day management of mixed assets and advancing capital projects for the regeneration of mixed estates across Cheshire and Lancashire.

In addition to his role, Kayne partakes in the Fisher German northwest business development team.

Aside from Fisher German, Kayne is an assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a regional advocate for the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust.

In his spare time, Kayne enjoys all country pursuits and has recently become a GWCT Accredited Game Shot!
