Background and industry experience

Dean specialises in Commercial Property Management across a portfolio of industrial estates, serviced offices, hybrid office/industrial units and large single let properties for a number of institutional investors, pension funds and private and public-sector wealth.

He is the client lead for a number of private clients offering a high-quality, professional service supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable team.

Dean has extensive private and public sector experience in Commercial Property Management, Estate Management and Asset Management and has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2014.

Dean lives in South Wales with his wife and their mischievous little cat, and in his spare time he enjoys travelling, paddleboarding and keeping fit, though he is not so good at the latter.
