Background and industry experience
Juliet is a chartered town planner with significant experience across the public and private sectors including the Civil Service in an economic development role. Working across all aspects of general practice planning Juliet has experience of the full cycle of development and planning, from local plan representations, development and site appraisals, planning applications and appeal. She has experience of working in multi disciplinary teams with a proactive and constructive approach to problem solving and delivering projects and working to a broad range of clients from land owners, developers and public bodies.In particular Juliet has considerable experience in working on new towns and urban extensions and the negotiation of S106 agreement. This has included the new settlements of Cambourn, Northstowe and Waterbeach in Cambridgeshire.
Juliet works for planning aid organisation where her planning skills are used for charitable and voluntary organisations.
Outside of work Juliet is a registrar conducting wedding ceremonies in Cambridgeshire.
