Background and industry experience

Ben joined Fisher German in 2016 as a Chartered Surveyor within the Utilities & National Infrastructure team. His main role is working for clients on a national basis, advising on matters in relation to electricity and gas networks.

Upon graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management, Ben made the move to the Midlands. Since this move, he has mainly spent his time in traditional general rural practice and auctioneering.

Growing up on the family beef and sheep farm in Devon, Ben has always been involved in agriculture and has a keen interest in flock husbandry, ditching and fencing. In his spare time, Ben plays lead guitar in a band and enjoys field sports.
