Anthony lives with Sarah and their three sons in Herefordshire. Sailing is another of his passions, and a transatlantic race in 2016 along with 16 years as a partner of Fisher German have proved equally competitive challenges.
What year did you start your job?
I joined the partnership 16 years ago and since then I have seen the firm grow from four to 16 offices, and from 60 staff to a team now approaching 500.
Why did you join Fisher German?
Over 20 years, I had worked in partnerships and a multinational company, and run my own rural consultancy. Joining Fisher German was a natural progression in my career and I saw huge potential in advancing my career and the business. I think I was right.
What has been your favourite project and why?
Heading the sale in 2017 of the Herefordshire Council Farms Estate stands out in the memory. This was a hugely rewarding challenge because of the diversity of the Fisher German team and the satisfaction of seeing the project through from the strategic review undertaken for the Council in 2014 to a conclusion three years later.
