Background and industry experience

Prakash has joined as a Senior Commercial Property Manager working alongside colleagues in the Southeast division for varied clients and asset types.

Prakash has been in the industry for over 15 years of which, 7 years working and managing grade A multi layered scheme assets in the Middle East. Prior to joining Fisher German, Prakash managed a high-end asset in central London for one of the large managing agents.

Prakash lives with his wife and two boys in Buckinghamshire and enjoys DIY and
travelling the world.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Managing a multi layered scheme in excess of 900,000 sqf in the Middle East. It was challenging but rewarding at the same time.

Most admired, non-property brand?
I'm not in to brands per say but I do like good quality products.

Top pastime?
DIY and meeting up with friends and family
