Background and industry experience

Ella brings more than 15 years' experience in residential property sales and marketing and has joined the sales agency team in Fisher German's Worcester office, as Applicant and Viewings Manager.

As a brand ambassador, Ella is customer service focused, readily attentive to prospective buyers' needs and in building effective relationships with clients alike. Ella's customer-facing role best utilises an innate personable style and a great understanding and sound knowledge of the local property market, and wealth of useful contacts throughout Worcestershire and surrounding counties.

Inspired by a great personal interest in property, design and styling, and fascination by houses and the significant influence in people's lives, Ella is energetic in enthusiasm and naturally drawn to helping people in their property-making choices and decisions, and a shared thrill and sense of satisfaction when their hopes and needs are achieved.

As a keen photographer, Ella is also often found rummaging around vintage markets and exploring the great outdoors enjoying long hikes and seeking out the best picnic spot off the beaten track!

I pursued joining this well-regarded, reputable and established sales agency team where I had every confidence in knowing I could fit in well and work alongside like-minded professional, talented, driven, supportive and friendly team of individuals. For me personally I need to feel self-assured of who and what I represent, and in being a significant part of my own identity, I feel proud being known as, and in introducing myself as "Ella from Fisher German!".

What has been your favourite project and why?
The sense of satisfaction and achievement in refurbishing my own home.
