Background and industry experience
Andrew joined Fisher German in 2011 and his role is the lead for Fisher German's Utility Division in the North West. This involves heading up the team delivering the land and planning advice across multi-million pound annual construction and maintenance programmes for Water, Gas and Electricity clients.Andrew has been involved with the industry for over 30 years, originally focussing on rural estate management followed by running his own rural surveying/agency business on the Isle of Wight.
Originally from Northern Rhodesia, Andrew studied Agriculture at Harper Adams and Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College. He now lives in Shropshire and enjoys fly fishing and cycling in his spare time.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Hanchurch new underground Reservoir, Severn Trent. Its sheer size - three football pitches - and importance, serving 150,000 people in the Stoke on Trent area costing £11 million.
