Background and industry experience

Joyce Steele is a Senior Associate property manager working with the Commercial Property Management team of Fisher German. Her work is mainly on large industrial estates and warehouses in the North East for clients who have national portfolios.

She has worked as a surveyor for more than 25 years. The work includes liaising directly with clients and tenants on all aspects of property - landlord & tenant issues, service charges, contractors and utilities.

Already holding Plant Biology degree, she went on to train as a general practice surveyor through The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Joyce lives in the Dales, North Yorkshire with her husband. Her interests are the arts and theatre and enjoys swimming and walking - Her husband does enough cycling for both of them!
