Background and industry experienceFrances joined Fisher German’s Market Harborough office in September 2020, having graduated from Harper Adams with First-Class Honours in BSc (Hons) Rural Estate and Land Management.
Day-to-day, Frances work mostly consists of the management of several mixed-portfolio estates across Cheshire, Leicestershire and Wiltshire and she also enjoys a variety of other work in the utilities sector. This will contribute a great breadth of experience towards her APC and CAAV examinations, which she is currently working towards.
In her spare time, Frances can usually be found in a gym lifting weights, chasing after a hockey ball or playing the piano. Every now and then, she relishes a trip home to spend time with her family and Labradors on their dairy and arable farm in North Yorkshire.
When did you join Fisher German?
Why did you join Fisher German?
Undoubtedly the people and culture. Everyone I met in my first few months here at FG were so kind, genuine and approachable. Equally, the APC support and guidance is absolutely second-to-none.
Most admired, non-property brand?
Yorkshire Tea. They are carbon neutral, ethically sourced and family-run. They also originate from my hometown of Harrogate which is a perk and to be frank, there is not a lot that a cup of tea can't solve!
Long hikes with a pub lunch pit stop
Best holiday destination?
Kayaking the Ardèche or skiing the Alps
One item to take to a desert island?
SPF 50 as I have a tendency to frazzle
