Background and industry experience

Kit is a Surveyor in the Valuation and Professional Practice Department in the Ashby de la Zouch office. With experience in managing property portfolios for corporate and private clients, he has more recently specialised in the acquisition of land for infrastructure projects, as well as land rights over third-party land.

Prior to completing an MSc in Rural Estate Management, Kit studied at the University of Leeds, where he gained a Management degree covering all the core aspects of business management.

Outside of the office Kit enjoys a range of sports, in particular running, is an avid skier and Leicester Tigers fan.
