Background and industry experience

Will is based within the Infrastructure Services division within the Banbury Office, working to deliver new projects for clients in the electricity and gas sectors.

Will joined Fisher German in 2020 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management, and subsequently qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2022.

Will was awarded the MCAVA Gavel and the Thomas Willoughby Garton Trophy for the highest practical and written marks in the Midland Counties Region, in the 2022 Fellowship exams for the CAAV. Additionally, Will won Pipeline Industries Guild's Professional Development Network (PDN) Paper Competition, for the Eastern Region.

Outside of work, Will attempts to shoot at a variety of targets, plays lawn bowls and enjoys spending time on the family farm wherever possible.

Why did you join Fisher German?
Through previous summer placements at Fisher German, I got an insight into a growing company that values its clients and people.

What has been your favourite project and why?
A full overhead line refurbishment scheme, for National Grid, in Bedfordshire. Although challenging at times, the ability to be involved with a project from an early stage to delivery across over 200 separate locations, was incredibly satisfying.

Most admired, non-property brand?
I'd have to say Schoffel - unrivalled market dominance!

Top pastime?
Attempting to shoot in the vague direction of clays, albeit not very successfully
