Background and industry experience

Katy joined the Knutsford office in September 2019, having graduated from the Royal Agricultural University. Katy works in the Rural Property Management and Consultancy division providing estate management services to the Tatton Estate portfolio as well additional private clients, including residential, agricultural and commercial management.

In 2021, Katy qualified as a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and was awarded the highest mark in the West Midlands and Wales Group. Katy is now the Probationer Liaison Officer for the Cheshire CAAV branch, helping others qualify as CAAV Fellows. Katy qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in spring 2022.

Katy's hobbies include walking in the Lake District as well as horse riding and spending time with her Labrador.
