Background and industry experienceNeil works in the Building Consultancy team as Senior Surveyor and is based in Chester. Initially focusing on retaining and developing his relationship with existing clients, he will be delivering building surveying services to both private individuals and corporate clients.
Neil has over forty years’ experience in the industry working in both private practice and PLCs on projects ranging from residential pre-acquisition surveys to large civil engineering developments and condition schedules for the Nuclear Industry. He is also an RICS Registered Valuer and provides expert advice on building pathology and valuation matters for court proceedings and public inquiries.
After qualifying as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1985 Neil settled in rural Cheshire with his wife where they brought up their two children and now have four grandsons.
