Situation
The land is accessed via Bargate Lane leading off Repton Road in Willington. Repton itself is just over half a mile to the south with Derby about four miles to the north.


Description
Lot 1 is comprised of meadow land and woodland extending to about 1.49 acres in all acres accessed via a right of way leading off Bargate Lane..
