Description
Rochester Close is neatly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is offered in immaculate condition throughout.

The house is of mellow red brick construction with mock Tudor beams, under a tiled roof, and materials throughout are of a high quality. All the rooms are spacious, in particular the live-in kitchen. To the front, there is a pretty lawned area with beech hedge and a tarmacked forecourt with ample parking and double garage. The private rear garden can be approached through bi-fold doors from the live-in kitchen.

Description
A neatly laid patio walks you from the drive to the storm porch, which leads into the spacious and welcoming entrance hall with bamboo wooden floor. The guest cloakroom is to the right, as are the stairs. Double doors to the left open on to the large airy sitting room with its open fire and picture window to the garden. The live-in kitchen, which is divided by an island unit into separate cooking, dining and relaxing areas has been tastefully extended to include lantern light skylight and full width bi-fold doors to the garden. It is well fitted with wall and floor units and a fine quartz worktop. It has a 1 and ½ bowl ceramic sink with mixer tap, a Neff double oven, 5 ring burner and extractor. There is also an integrated dishwasher, fridge and space for a wine cooler. The dining area has ample space for a large table, as does the relaxing area for a sofa or two. The adjacent utility room has a brand-new boiler, selection of cupboards to include a larder unit, sink, plumbing for washing machine and space for further white goods. There is also a door to the garden.

The charming imperial staircase branches into two at the first-floor and opens up into a bright galleried landing providing access to two bedrooms on one side and a further three on the other side. The generous master bedroom has a full wall of built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room with mermaid board, rainfall shower and vanity unit. The second bedroom provides a great guest suite with its wall of mirrored wardrobes and shower room ensuite.

There are three further bedrooms, two doubles - one with built in wardrobes, the other with built in office furniture and a rather large single, and an attractive well-appointed family bathroom, all of which are beautifully maintained.

Situation
At the front there is a pretty lawned area with beech hedge, siding on to a tarmacked parking area for several cars and access to two integral garages with electronically operated up and over doors and side door to a nice patio area. Neat paving leads you to the storm porch.

The rear garden is approached from the live-in kitchen, utility room and a side pathway from the front forecourt. The garden is particularly pretty and beautifully maintained. Being south-west facing, it's also wonderfully bright. A patio runs the full width of the house with steps up to the lawned area with well-established boarders filled with mature plants, shrubs, and trees. There is also a neat vegetable patch that's currently spouting a nice mixture of courgettes, tomatoes, green beans, spring onions and beetroot. The garden also benefits from outside electrical point, water, patio heater and lights.

A full length fitted shed stands at the left-hand side of the property, which is ideal for storing tools, bikes and/or lawn mowers.
