Description and accommodation
Old Clock Court is a newly built development of three townhouses by the highly respected local craftsman builders Skinner Brothers Limited. It sits in a quiet courtyard off the A4304, on the site of a former hunting lodge, where the coach houses originally stood. In the 1940s the site was a home to a village cinema before a change to commercial use, and following demolition of the old buildings, the new houses have been built in keeping with the historic setting. It retains much of the character of the old site, with the convenience and comfort of modern construction techniques and standards
The gross internal floor areas for houses 1 and 3 amount to 882 ft sq and 969 for number 2.
The courtyard is approached from the street via a resin bonded gravel driveway.
The houses are of brick construction under a welsh slate roof, with aluminium down pipes and gutters, and hardwood double glazed windows. Each house features a generously proportioned south facing sitting room with impressive ceiling height and an outstanding kitchen/living room with dining area, breakfast bar and separate fully fitted cooking area to include oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and wall and floor units incorporating sink unit with mixer tap. There is a separate utility/cloaks cupboard with plumbing for washing machine. From the living area, a half-glazed door opens directly onto the rear garden. Off the entrance hall is a ground floor cloakroom.
On the first floor, all three bedrooms open off a generous landing area, with airing cupboard and access to the fully boarded loft space, which runs across the entire house. There are two excellent double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Bathrooms are fitted to the same high specification as the kitchens and include, panelled bath with mixer tap and enclosed thermostatic shower over, basin set into Vitra vanity unit and wc, heated towel rail and fully tiled walls and floors.

Grounds and gardens
Old Clock Court is approached off the main street across a private courtyard and under an archway. All three houses face south across a resin bonded gravelled parking area with each house having two designated parking areas. The houses sit behind an evergreen Holme Oak hedge with estate fencing, and each one has a separate side access to their own rear garden. The rear gardens are all very private and are laid mainly to lawn with 6' close boarded fencing between the plots.
