Cottingham is a popular Welland Valley village on the border of Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, providing a strong local community with excellent amenities including two pubs, a village store and coffee house, a village hall, and primary school. No 15 was built in 1938 and stands in a commanding position on the edge of the village. There is open countryside to the rear allowing magnificent panoramic views across the Welland valley.
