The property is available for an initial period of either six or twelve months (subject to Landlord’s instructions) as an Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
The tenant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
RENT & DEPOSIT
The tenant will be required to pay a 5 weeks deposit when a tenancy has been agreed, which will be refunded at the end of the term without interest and subject to any dilapidations. Fisher German are members of the Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS).

TENANTS’ LIABILITY AND ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE
It is a condition of the tenancy agreement that the tenants have adequate insurance in place to cover tenants’ liability and accidental damage for the fixtures and fittings belonging to the landlord. Tenants must provide a copy of their insurance details before moving into the property or collecting keys. We are unable to provide a policy ourselves but you can obtain the appropriate cover by contacting Hazelton Mountford who are a local independent insurance broker.
