Long term relationships with our clients, stakeholders and preferred partners are very important to us.
It all starts with our people. As well as being experts in their fields, our colleagues are champions outside work. They participate in a wide range of volunteering opportunities, including sports team coaching, trustee responsibilities and speaking at educational lectures and events. In addition to volunteering, we sponsor a number of local and industry related initiatives and raise money for charity by taking part in everything from bake sales to bungee jumping.
Every year our colleagues vote for a new charity of the year and have raised £1000s in support of Kidscan (2017/18), Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity (2018/19) and Re-engage, a charity which is committed to fighting loneliness across the UK. Every year we also support the Henry Sale Foundation, a charity set up in honour of our late Managing Partner, Henry Sale, which supports charitable causes that would have been important to Henry, with a focus on enabling education and social inclusion through sport and the countryside.
With 25 offices around the UK and a growing number of employees, we recognise our responsibilities to reduce our environmental impact, support local initiatives and build stronger bonds between our firm and the communities we operate in.
From sporting events, dress down days, BBQs, CPD and away days, through to our firmwide Big Event, we get back what we put in and we have a lot of fun doing it!
