Leading property consultancy Fisher German has made a senior appointment to head up a major expansion of its new homes operation. Ella Cartwright has joined the firm as national new homes manager and is tasked with creating a national profile for the firm’s New Homes Team, which will specialise in providing a comprehensive new homes sales and marketing service.
Ella joins the firm from Bidwells where she spent four years as a sales negotiator and has experience in selling a number of key developments in and around Cambridge. She will be working in collaboration with colleagues in the firm’s development team across all 16 offices to grow the new homes service, dealing with a variety of sales from bespoke properties to large strategic developments.
Ella said: “Fisher German is a nationally established brand with a fantastic reputation and I look forward to using my expertise to grow the New Homes Team and add value to the firm. I am going to be taking the new homes provision that was already in place and expanding this to move it on to the next level for our clients.
I will be working with the development teams based across all of the Fisher German offices to make contact with developers at key stages, whether that be in the early planning stages or following sales, as well as getting in touch with developers we are aware of to enquire if we can help them with any stagnant sales. This means that Fisher German can provide a full circle service, from identifying strategic development opportunities, planning, selling the site and then selling the new homes on behalf of the developer.”
Ben Marshalsay, head of the development sector at Fisher German, said: “Ella is a driven and ambitious individual who has valuable experience working within the new homes sector. “We are very excited to welcome her to the firm as we look to grow our new homes service nationally to complement the services we offer locally.”
