Our commercial team are thrilled to have been part of an exciting project in Birmingham city centre which has seen the final letting of stunning modern offices in a Grade II* listed office building at The Barwick, a three-storey building in the heart of the city’s Colmore Business District.

Horton’s Estate Ltd spent more than £750,000 transforming the Barwick into 5,238 sq ft of self-contained Grade A office space as part of The Grand Hotel scheme. Former meeting rooms and bedrooms, as well as the bar that once served the Grosvenor Ballroom, have all been comprehensively refurbished as modern office accommodation.

In the most recent deal completed at the boutique style office building, we saw the entire third floor office suite being snapped up following lettings to global construction and property consultancy, WT and PR agency Make More Noise.

We were joint agents for The Barwick alongside Alex Tross of Centrick.
