We have recently completed the sale of a site off Birchwood Lane in Somercotes, Derbyshire with joint agent Wiverton. The multi-million-pound sale with planning permission for 200 dwellings, to be built by housebuilder Avant Homes, will provide an influx of new homes to the area.
A reserved matters application was also submitted by Chave Planning following the outline planning permission, which Avant Homes will be submitting in April 2022. Work on the site is anticipated to begin in August 2022.
