Our commercial agency team in Doncaster were ecstatic when they completed three major deals after just two months of marketing which highlights the demand for space within in the industrial property market. The deals were completed alongside joint agents Avison Young and CBRE, all acting on behalf of Doncaster Property Trading Ltd.
Eaton Park, in Wheatley Hall Road which is now fully let, has welcomed three new tenants. Pass Logistics has let a 115,000 sq ft unit, Ardagh Glass has taken on a 110,000 sq ft unit and Lyndon Systems has secured a 40,000 sq ft unit.
Pass Logistics, a transport and logistics company which recently won SME Business of the Year in the Doncaster Business Awards, launched its new unit as part of its expansion plans.
