A comprehensive refurbishment of a Black Country industrial estate has resulted in its first letting. Leading technology services provider Probrand Ltd has become the first tenant in the rebranded estate, Smethwick Works.
The firm has moved into a 5,790 unit after signing a lease with our commercial property team. Probrand Ltd delivers IT products, managed services and solutions to more than 3,500 clients across small to medium-sized businesses in all areas of the public sector.
Smethwick Works is a 61,220 sq. ft. scheme made up of eight units ranging from 5,500 sq. ft. to 13,600 sq. ft. which have been completely refurbished, re-roofed and redecorated throughout and benefit from new LED lighting.
The gated estate also features on-site parking and includes a secure CCTV system.
