We have been named as the eighth best employer in the UK for medium-sized undergraduate schemes by the National Undergraduate Employability (NUE) Awards receiving national recognition for our undergraduate scheme.
The awards celebrate excellence in undergraduate employability and those who are making a difference in the industry with the results based on student reviews from the website ‘ratemyplacement.co.uk’.
Fisher German was the only property firm to be named in the category, which included the top 60 companies, we were also selected as a finalist for the NUE Awards’ ‘Best Development Programme’ award.
We offer 12-month placements to university students looking to progress into the property sector which cover both soft and technical skills to complement their studies. Those undertaking a placement are fully integrated into the team, have their own workload and are directly client facing with real responsibility under supervision. They are provided with bespoke training days, have a dedicated mentor, are given study support and are encouraged to attend CPD days and social activities.
Partner Ruth Ofield, who leads both the placement and internship schemes, said: “To be named as the eighth best employer in the UK for medium sized undergraduate schemes is an incredible achievement.
“It is fantastic recognition for our graduate and apprenticeship team for their ongoing commitment to deliver the best early careers experience at Fisher German.
“We pride ourselves on developing talent and providing students with a wide range of experiences and help them develop the skills and experience they need to progress in their careers.
