FisherGerman Update

In response to the latest Government guidance issued on 4 January 2021, all Fisher German services will continue operating with strict measures in place for the protection of our colleagues and clients.

The Government has encouraged the continuation of national infrastructure and construction projects, and we are pleased to see that estate agency services can also continue to operate under safe measures in this new lockdown.

The vast majority of our colleagues will be working from home during the lockdown period and will only visit client sites and homes when necessary. When doing so, we will continue to follow guidance from Public Health England, including social distancing and wearing appropriate PPE.

Our colleagues remain contactable via phone and video from home and you will be able to find their contact details on our website here.

Managing Partner, Andrew Bridge, said:

“We are pleased that the Government has recognised the important role that property firms play in the economy and has allowed for the continuation of these essential services. Our wide-ranging teams contribute to the full property spectrum from the management and maintenance of critical infrastructure through to the buying and selling of homes.

“If you are concerned about the impact the new restrictions may have on your current or future activities, we encourage you to pick up the phone and talk to our knowledgeable colleagues who will be happy to help you in relation to all property and land matters.

“We are following the Government’s guidance and legislation carefully and are well-placed to offer individuals and firms advice and support during these difficult times, whether you are an existing client or just looking for some additional support.

“I wish all our clients, friends and contacts the very best during these tough times.”
