AEL is a large-scale professional crop production business of c. 2,300 hectares based in mid Lincolnshire. They have a diverse enterprise mix including cereals, high quality pre-pack potatoes and vegetables produced conventionally and via an organic operation. Energy crops are also grown for the company’s anaerobic digester.
The right candidate will be ready and able to hit the ground running with your existing level of experience, or have the skills and ambition to grow in the role with the right level of support. We’re looking for someone with the right personality to fit in with the team’s forward-thinking and progressive approach.
