About us fisher german

Fisher German is continuing its commitment to career development in the property industry with 19 employees receiving promotions to more senior roles. The raft of promotions across our 25 offices is part of our established career progression framework which gives employees a clear pathway towards being promoted within the firm.

Key promotions include Tom Pike, who has been promoted to Associate Director in the Worcester office; Jenny Salt, who has been made a Senior Associate in the firm’s planning service line; Head of Market Harborough Agency William Green, who has been promoted to Senior Associate; and three Senior Associate promotions in the firm’s Ashby office in Thomas Blake, Ian McKenzie and Emanuel Skelton.

Newly appointed Senior Partner, Tim Shuldham, said “I’d like to offer my congratulations to all those who have been promoted within Fisher German – their hard work has really paid off. It’s great to see such a diverse array of promotions from across our services, including in planning, agency, rural consultancy, and utilities & infrastructure. It’s very important to us that we offer our employees a clear pathway to progress within Fisher German, should they wish to do so.

We are no longer a small firm but we have retained a reputation for rapid career progression and genuine partner prospects for those who demonstrate the talent and drive to pursue it. We announce these promotions just as our new cohort of graduates and apprentices join us and I look forward to seeing them rise through the firm to similar roles in the future.”

We announced last month that Charles Meynell would be stepping down from the Senior Partner role, with former Deputy Managing Partner, Tim Shuldham, taking up the mantle from 1 October. Struan McDougall has been promoted to Regional Managing Partner for the Yorkshire & North Midlands region, with offices in Doncaster and Newark, to fill Tim’s former role.
