Fisher German is helping the Herefordshire Riding for the Disabled Association to look for a new home in the heart of Herefordshire. The charity has been awarded a substantial grant to buy and develop new, pioneering flagship premises within the county.

Nicola Hopkins, Associate Director at Fisher German, said: “This is a great opportunity for the Herefordshire Riding for the Disabled Association to find a brand new site, and we’re delighted they’ve chosen to work with us. We are eager to help find an exceptional site for the charity which will ensure its future sustainability and enable it to continue and develop its invaluable work. We would encourage any landowners who may have a suitable site to get in touch. Not only would the potential seller be supporting an excellent charity, they would also benefit from selling a site for a good price with no sale commission and benefitting from having their reasonable professional and legal costs covered.”

The charity’s requirements for the site are relatively flexible but it needs to have good road access, up to 20 acres of land and be within an area the south-west of Hereford, north-east of Monmouth, the Ross on Wye area, the Ledbury area and up to the M50 and M5 to the east. Ideally, the charity would like a bare land site which can be sympathetically developed to provide it with modern and equestrian facilities.

If you have a spot of land you are considering selling which might do the trick, please get in touch to discuss this opportunity. All enquires will be treated in the strictest of confidence and without any obligation.
