Several jobs could be created near Malvern in Worcestershire after land earmarked for development has been put up for sale by Fisher German’s Worcester office. The land being sold at Blackmore Park has been allocated for employment in the South Worcestershire Development Plan. The land could be sold all as one, or in up to three separate parcels of land depending on demand from potential buyers.

Rob Champion, partner at our Worcester office, said: “There is a significant lack of employment land around Malvern and the wider district at the moment, so this site at Blackmore Park is a great opportunity for developers and businesses looking to build their own premises. Once Blackmore Park has been developed, several jobs are likely to be created as a result, which is great news for the area. Blackmore Park is easily accessible and there is also the ability to connect straight into services on the site, which means buildings can be constructed quickly once planning permission has been granted. It is also close to the already established Malvern Hills Science Park, which could be very attractive for certain businesses.”
