  • Promotion of Green Belt land and to secure appropriate outline planning consent to enable site to be marketed and sold to a housebuilder, securing substantial financial uplift for benefit of client.


  • The site has been promoted throughout the Rushcliffe Part 2 Local Plan which resulted in the release of the site from the Green Belt and delivered a residential allocation for up to 240 dwellings
  • An outline planning application was submitted and approved for up to 280 dwellings following lengthy discussions with the Council and key statutory consultees such as National Highways and Network Rail.


  • Significant increase in land value for client through securing Green Belt release and outline consent with 40 dwellings more than the initial allocation.
