Working in a key role as part of our fantastic client accounts team, you will support not only the Knutsford office but also our North West region in providing exceptional client delivery across all elements of the client accounting cycle.
Primarily, duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices for payment
- Supplier ledger housekeeping and dealing with queries
- Processing client pay-outs as required
- Producing aged creditor reports
- General accounts duties including bank reconciliations
- Support for day-to-day accounting operations and projects
To excel in this role, you must be passionate in providing high levels of service and support to the wider team and its clients. It is a given that you will be extremely organised with the ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines whilst remaining calm and focused within this professional environment. You will be experienced in taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to successful conclusion. Book-keeping experience is desirable and will have the ability to utilise your excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders. As the role supports our North West region, there is the requirement to travel to our other offices.
Knowledge of our specialist software, PROPMAN, would be advantageous but training will be provided.
