The area of electric cable management has recently had new requirements put in place, under the Planning Act 2008, for all new above ground electricity projects of greater than 132kV, to be submitted to the Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC) we have seen changes in the processes required to obtain the necessary rights and consents. We have provided detailed support on these changes to a number of our clients.
