The protection and understanding of our natural environment is becoming more prevalent in practices associated with urban and rural planning and construction. Recent changes to Government planning legislation requiring ecological information to be provided at the submission of a planning application.

Appropriate surveys prior to submission of a proposed planning application allow for the identification of potential issues which may result in an alteration to a scheme, or highlight additional research/surveys that may have to be undertaken to ensure or protected species are not adversely affected by a proposed development.

The planning team can ensure that the appropriate site surveys are undertaken at the requisite times of year to ensure that your planning application is not delayed.
