Property Maintenance

General Practice

Property maintenance

Property maintenance involves the identification and rectification of building defects, either on a planned or reactive basis. Reports/schedules are provided with works prioritised and estimated costs over a 5-10 year period.

  • Reactive maintenance (resolve issues following failure) - this generally causes more disruption at a time when you are not expecting it and can cost more money. It cannot be totally prevented but can be minimised.
  • Planned maintenance - identification of defects that could cause an issue within the next 5 years and provides a plan when such issues will be dealt with, prior to failure. Allow financial planning and minimises loss time and services
