Fisher German expands with strategic consolidation
Leading property consultancy Fisher German is expanding its commercial, residential and rural offering by consolidating Halls (Midlands) LLP within the Fisher German brand. This will take place on 1 December 2016.
The move will enable Fisher German to provide a more comprehensive, multidisciplinary service to its clients, allowing the business to grow its commercial sector and associated services, drawing on the significant expertise of the Halls’ Partners.
As part of the expansion, Anthony Champion, Duncan Bedhall, Dan Ballard, Jason Clines, Richard Tomlinson and Rob Champion, who were previously equity partners of Halls (Midlands) LLP’s team, will move to Fisher German as Partners on 1 December.
The consolidation of the teams will see Fisher German’s Blackpole office migrating to join the Halls team in Kings Court, Charles Hasting Way, Worcester, adding to the existing rural and residential offering in Worcester and Bromsgrove. The Halls Halesowen office will also continue to operate as it has for over 20 years (under the Fisher German brand), serving in particular, commercial clients throughout the Black Country and the wider Birmingham area. Halls Holdings Limited is not affected.
Andrew Bridge, Partner at Fisher German, said: “The expansion of the team within Fisher German is a milestone in the evolution of our business, and represents a key future growth area.
“The Halls team will bring substantial specialist experience and services to Fisher German, allowing us to build upon our existing expertise and market knowledge to provide a full-service offering to clients in Worcester, across the Midlands and into Wales.”
The expertise of the team behind Fisher German’s new commercial sector in Worcester was highlighted in the recent CoStar Property Agents Midlands awards, where the Halls team was identified as one of the most active industrial agencies in the West Midlands, and the team were also awarded the Estate Gazette’s most active agent in Worcestershire for the 4th year in succession.
Rob Champion, Partner, said: “Fisher German is a nationally-renowned consultancy with a great reputation for the specialist rural and residential expertise it provides, but has been less well-known for its commercial services, particularly in the Midlands.
“The consolidation of our business provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen Fisher German’s offering in Worcestershire and the Black Country – where our core roots are firmly planted – ensuring it can continue to adapt its business and provide the highest level and range of services to its clients in these areas.
“We look forward to playing a part in this exciting time of growth and evolution for the business as key members of the Fisher German team.”
