Stafford

Background:

The Stafford office covers the geographical area between  Manchester and the Knutsford office to the north, the Welsh border to the west, Birmingham and the Worcester office to the south and Burton upon Trent and the Ashby de la Zouch office to the east.

There is a strong agency and development focus within the office with instructions often derived from the management client base, both private and institutional.  A growing area of business is acting for farmers and landowners in negotiations on telecom sites and wind farms. 

The office has an established utilities team and is also involved with valuation work,  expert witness reports and drawing up schemes for stewardship and National Forest tender applications.

Directions:

From Junction 14, M6:
Follow the signs to RAF Stafford.  Once past the RAF main entrance proceed on the A513 Beaconside Road for approximately 1 mile and Staffordshire Technology Park is on the left hand side at the next set of traffic lights.

From the East:
Take A518 to Stafford.  Go past Staffordshire University and turn right at the roundabout.  Follow the A513 Beaconside Road for ¼ mile and turn right at the traffic lights into Staffordshire Technology Park.
