Expert Witness Work
- Preparation of expert witness reports for use at Public Inquiry, the Lands Tribunal and at Court on planning, agricultural, telecommunication and valuation matters.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
- Three partners in the firm specialise as development, commercial and rural arbitrators and receive instructions from the Lord Chancellor’s Panel of Arbitrators and by private appointment.
- A number of our surveyors are experienced in facilitating a resolution to property related disputes.
