Fisher German promotions Autumn 2009
02/09/2009
David Legh is pleased to announce that the following have been appointed Associate with effect from 1 October 2009:
David Kinnersley
David joined Fisher German in July 2008 from Bidwells where he managed the Northampton farms team. He graduated with a degree in Agriculture from Reading University and subsequently completed an MBA.
David specialises in farm consultancy and diversification enterprises which currently includes two anaerobic digester projects, a meat box scheme as well as various grant applications.
While recruited to bring specialist farm consultancy services to the Banbury office client base, David has also become involved in Russia for a large investment client – a good deal further east than anticipated! In his spare time David is a Governor of Warwickshire College and lives on the family farm in Warwickshire where he and his wife Sarah are renovating their farmhouse.

Simon Geary
Originally from Yorkshire, Simon joined Fisher German in Spring 2005 as a mature graduate. He has had a diverse career: before embarking on a career in surveying he worked in the family antiques business, in the wine trade and in financial services. The latter was in Brunei Darussalam, Borneo where Simon lived for 9 years.
Married to Rachel, Simon has four children and a golden labrador, leaving little spare time for hobbies but when the opportunity arises he enjoys a round of golf and spending time with his family.
Simon’s expertise is in the field of commercial surveying. He played a key role in incorporating Property Bond Limited (Commercial Practice Surveyors) into Fisher German and he is now looking forward to developing the business further.
