Fisher German’s Market Harborough Office is holding their next collective auction on Wednesday 17 September 2008 at the Three Swans Hotel at 6 30pm.
As usual with Fisher German auctions there is a collection of different types of property on offer.
There are two building opportunities: a single plot at Ullesthorpe with planning permission for a four bedroom house guided at £100,000 - £120,000 and a bungalow with permission to demolish and build a pair of reasonably substantial semi-detached houses at Kibworth.
