All planning conditions discharged (fee of £85 per submission)
All Listed Building conditions discharged
Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 – Notification of HSE
CDM Regs – client aware / co-ordinator appointed / H&S Plans issued
Party Wall Notice served
Waste Management Plan in place (projects over £300k)
Building Regulations consent obtained
Building Regulations conditions discharged
Asbestos survey/register in place
Utility surveys/register
Environment Agency consent for water discharge
Disability Discrimination Act considered
Landlord approvals (in leasehold properties)
