The St Helens office incorporating John Royle was acquired by Fisher German in April 2008. The office, based at Rainford Hall, specialises in commercial and residential property matters including agency services, asset management, valuations, rent reviews, rating advice/appeals, lease renewals, service charge management, strategic property advice and commercial acquisition services.
Directions:
From the North, leave the M6 at J24, then at the traffic signals turn right onto the A58 (signposted St Helens). At the traffic signals turn right onto the A580 (signposted Liverpool, Southport). At the traffic signals, turn right onto the A570 (signposted M58, Southport, Ormskirk). Turn right onto Crank road B5201. After one mile, turn right into the Drive marked Fairfield Hospital and Rainford Hall. Follow the signs to Rainford Hall and car park.
From the South, leave the M6 at J23, then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit and merge onto the A580 (signposted Liverpool). At traffic signals turn right onto the A570 (signposted M58, Southport, Ormskirk). Turn right onto Crank road B5201. After one mile, turn right into the Drive marked Fairfield Hospital and Rainford Hall. Follow the signs to Rainford Hall and car park.
