Background:

The Newark office, formerly John Hopkinson and Co chartered surveyors (until April 2008) has been practising in the midlands since 1973. The office based in Nottinghamshire deals with valuations, sales, property management, planning and development.

The office has long been involved in agricultural property sales and experience in valuations extends to farms, estates, residential property, woodland and other amenity assets. In terms of planning and development, the team can advise on residential, commercial and agricultural development schemes. On the property management side, the office manages rural estates and property portfolios acting for corporate, private and institutional clients.      

Directions:

From the A52 Nottingham to Grantham Road, turn north at the Elton on the Hill crossroads. Follow this road for approximately 1 mile past the village of Orston (without turning off into Orston) and Alverton is the next village. Continue through Alverton, and The Chestnuts will be seen on the right as you are about to leave the village. Turn into the drive and the office is the converted brick ex-farm building facing you.
