Background:

The Newark office incorporating John Hopkinson and Co has been practising in the midlands since 1973 and was acquired by Fisher German in April 2008.  The office based in Nottinghamshire deals with valuations, sales, property management, planning and development.

The office has long been involved in agricultural property sales and experience in valuations extends to farms, estates, residential property, woodland and other amenity assets. In terms of planning and development, the team can advise on residential, commercial and agricultural development schemes. On the property management side, the office manages rural estates and property portfolios acting for corporate, private and institutional clients.      

Directions:

From the A1 north, take the B6326 signposted to Balderton, Newark and Claypole. Follow the B6326 for Fernwood Business Park and at the first roundabout take the third exit onto William Hall Way. At the second roundabout, take the first exit and at the third roundabout take the second exit onto Cross Lane. From Cross Lane, take the first right turning into Halifax Court. Please note that there are two Cross Lanes in Newark - the correct one for the Newark office is Cross Lane, Balderton.
