Areas of expertise
With in excess of 20 years’ experience in property and construction, Richard has wide ranging knowledge in all Building Surveying disciplines including dilapidations, party wall awards, and design and contract administration of refurbishment, extension, new build and conversion projects. More recently, Richard has provided expert witness services for various building related disputes.
Background/Interests
In his time an enthusiastic sportsman, nowadays Richard’s involvement is mainly as a spectator. Richard’s spare time is spent attempting to lower his golf handicap and carrying out building works at his home in Ashby.
